I am trying to build a switch for a toy traffic light. I would like that when I put the switch up the green light will go on and when I put the switch down the amber light will flash for 10 seconds then shut off and the red light will go on. Anyone can help with a diagram of a circuit and list of supplies? I would like to use 12 volt bulbs (I have a stepdown transformer) or 220 volt bulbs (I'm in Europe).
